Scheduling a Consultation

 Letting us provide you with stylish and quality products for any occasion begins with a no-obligation, complimentary consultation. For clients who reside in the area, in-person consultations are available at our Creve Coeur office.  For those clients who live out of state, we are more than happy to do phone consultations. Consultations can be scheduled Monday – Thursday at a time convenient for you (as late as 5 p.m.) on Fridays our last appointment is at 2 p.m.

What to Expect During a Consultation

This is your opportunity to sit down with us and share your vision. We will provide samples of our previous work and in a collaborative creative process we will develop a design that meets both your aesthetic and budgetary needs. Following the consultation you will receive a written proposal and a copy of our policies for your review.

Letting Us Work for You

A 50% deposit is required to secure a place on the M. Haley Design calendar. The remaining balance due is payable upon completion. After you have signed a contract and paid your deposit we will begin the design process for your paper products. We do not print until you have seen the final design and have proofed and approved it.

Due to the fact that we are an independent business, our consultation and production schedules can keep us on the go. In order to provide you with the best customer service possible, email is our preferred method of contact. Phone calls will be returned as quickly as possible. Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
